Double room in quiet house for professional female

We have one double room to rent in a 3 bedroom house shared with 1 other lodger who has lived there for 6 months Our long-term lodger is sadly leaving us in January and we are looking for someone to replace her.
The room is in Stockwood, Bristol, furnished and you have full access to kitchen, dining room and garden.
We are looking for a woman who is in full-time employment and is respectful, very quiet, clean, tidy and will make sure to keep the house safe and in very good condition.
There is off-road parking if needed (to be negotiated and shared with the other lodger) and a bus stop nearby. The landlady lives nearby in case there are issues.
The rent is £460 per month.
All bills are included, washing machine and broadband is available.
Strictly no smoking.
The room is available from around the 15th of January.
