The flat is situated just off the top of Park Street, and is available now (ideally taking over the contact on the 17th of June)

The flat is spacious, with loads of light and great views over the city. It has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a large living/dining room and a bathroom with shower/bath. Listed Georgian building. It comes unfurnished and the previous flatmate moved out with most things you see on the pictures. Your stuff is more than welcome. I’ve already bought nice sofa and a dining table!

The available room is the biggest of the 2 doubles. It comes unfurnished - the previous flatmate left a green rug and the tall rack.

The rent is £662.5 each . bills/council tax are around £140 - £800 in total roughly. There are no agency fees. The current landlord is very relaxed and helpful, with things being fixed quickly when they break!

I'm a 27 year old professional. I work office ours in a coworking space in the centre - rarely from home. I tend to be chilled at home and like going out to live music. I love music (especially groovy jazz!), cinema and artsy things in genera. Usually spend weekend mornings in bed when I’m not sailing in Clevedon.

The ideal flatmate would be a friendly person who’d be happy to spend some time but respect each other’s independence. I’ve lived here for a year and enjoy seeing the living room as a social space for relaxing, coffee, drinks, dinner and the odd party on special occasions.

Please note that although I love pets the I can’t live with them (allergies with this carpet just kill me) and Street parking is pretty difficult in BS1!
