I currently live here but would like to move out ASAP as my next tenancy elsewhere is about to start. I'm looking for someone to take over this room, preferably a student. It's contracted until the end of August.
It's mostly a quiet house at the moment: 3 final year students, two of which have already moved out.
If anyone is looking for just a summer let, has good transport links into town then this place is ideal. Can get into centre in half an hour, Gloucester road is close by as well.
