The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and its own bathroom. The flat is modern with an open-plan kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, and all the amenities. There is bike storage in the building and lots of on-street parking.
The flat is in a great location, 5' walk to Cabot Circus, 3' walk from Old Market, and 1' from the bus stop. Old Market is a lively area with plenty of pubs, cafes, and restaurants.
The cost of the rent is £625 inc. the internet and around £125 for council tax (Band B), electricity, and water (in total £750).

I'm looking for someone who wants a short-term rent and who is clean, friendly, and professional.

No pets, students, or couples.
