Hi! I have a double room available from end of May / start of June onwards in a shared house (two monthly rolling contract). More details below, if you're interested we'd love to hear a bit more about you (age, what you do for work and fun) and we’ll get back to you.
**The house**
On a friendly, side street in St. George, just off St. George Park and Church Road, which has lots of great pubs and bars. The centre is about 10/15 minutes by bike and there are good bus links, with buses running to the centre every 10 minutes. There's a nearby Aldi and Co-op and various little independent shops.
Communal areas include:
- Kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine & dishwasher.
- Living / dining room
- Upstairs and downstairs bathrooms.
- Garden
**Room **
First floor bedroom furnished with a 3/4 bed (or you can bring your own double if preferred), double wardrobe and desk. There is plenty of space for more furniture too. The bedroom is road facing but the road is nice and quiet.
**A bit about us**
My name's Gemma, I am a live in landlord and renting out the other spare room to Leah. The vibe in the house works really well - we have a good chat in the evenings after work, as well as sharing the odd dinner/TV-watching session/drinks together. Equally though, we have plenty going on in our lives, so we’re looking for somebody similar, who's friendly and sociable but also busy with their own career/hobbies/projects. Basically, if you want some down time then everyone will respect your own space, but we’re looking for a housemate rather than just a lodger! We both work full time jobs; I work part from home and part in an office in the centre, Leah works as an English teacher in South Gloucestershire. Interests include cycling, cooking, water based activities, board games, pub-going, creative stuff, the outdoors, music...you've heard it all before! Oh, and I forgot to mention our third, non-rent paying housemate, Winnie (Leah's cat)! She is very friendly, with quite a large fan base.

- Contract is 2 month rolling. No deposit, just based on agreement everyone respects everyone's stuff.
- Rent is £550 per month
- Bills (council tax, utilities, internet) are £135 per month each
- Total works out at £685
