This house is within walking distance to St Andrews park and the shops and cafes on Gloucester Rd. Doubles are £200/ week including all bills, double ensuite is £225 pw inclusive .

• Live in House Manager who cleans daily keeping the house to a high standard.
• Essentials supplied free of charge throughout your stay such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, Laundry powder and toilet roll.
• Minimum 1 week booking. Can stay for as long as you like
• £60 reservation fee to be paid upfront, remaining amount taken on arrival.
• Rent payment is every 4 weeks. Pay weekly accepted (£10 surcharge).
