1 short-term bedroom in 2-bed house - St Werburghs

Hello,

I have a spare bedroom to rent in my house which is available immediately.

The room will be available on a short-term basis, whilst the property is up for sale. Though we can agree a minimum term for this (probably around November time.)

The house is the popular St Werburghs area of Bristol. It's a modernly finished 2-bed property, with open plan kitchen and garden.

I will be the other housemate :)) I'm 31 yrs old, very friendly, warm, sociable. I have quite a lot of plans usually but try to balance having fun with plenty of calm, wholesome activities in the week. I work 9-5 in Bristol as a Designer. I like to think I have fairly usual expectations in terms of cleanliness etc. Treat the place with respect and we'll be grand :) It will also be nice to live with someone I get on with and have similar interests to - so would be good to know a little about you if you are interested.

I cook a lot, I'm fairly active (boxing, running, wild swimming, surfing). I don't watch too much TV at the moment, but love live music/events/nightlife, the outdoors, art/design/life drawing. I am actively sociable and squeeze a lot in around my job & weekend plans.

I ocassionally work from home, so would need you to be respectful of that when I do.

Rent covers bills/everything whilst you're here, including internet.

The house comes with a vvv cute cat, Luca.
