We are two girls, Tabi and Evie, looking for a third person for our lovely flat in Kingsdown. Rent is £150 a week (£600 a month) + bills : payments begin on the 1st of September and this is a lodger agreement rather than tenant as it is landlord occupied :) A 1 month deposit is required.

A bit about the flat:

It is located less than a 10 minute walk to the university - 12 minutes to senate house, as well as being about 10 minutes from cabot and very close to stokes croft.
It has (and still currently is) been renovated this summer after previous occupiers, with new flooring, paint, as well as kitchen and bathroom renovations ! This will be finished in advance of move in date.
It is a first floor flat but does not have a lift so please bear in mind for accessibility.
We are lucky to have a 2 layered private courtyard garden which can be accessed through double doors in Tabi’s room, but we have a open door policy for it, and otherwise you just need to knock :)
We have a place you can store a bike if you want to cycle about the city.
There are three bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a kitchen/living room which will have a sofa (currently being reupholstered - see photo :)), as well as a folding table and chairs. There is a washer dryer in the kitchen too.
The flat is designed to have a minimalist sort of Scandinavian feel.
We have crockery which you are welcome to use as well as an assortment of cooking utensils, as well as a toaster and kettle.

Please note: the images provided are using furniture from our bedrooms and will NOT be the same as that when you occupy, it is used for reference of size of the room. The carpet was late to arrive :( so pictured is the underlay but will be installed next week so can provide updated photos. Will also provide photos of the furniture once installed.

Exact measurements are 4m long x 2.3m width.
You will have a full sized double bed, desk (+chair) and wardrobe provided to you, and there is also a smart socket with usb connection points alongside a normal double socket.
There’s a lovely window that looks into the side of the courtyard just above the bed. You are of course welcome to rearrange your room as desired, and bring in extra furniture like bedside table, lamps etc

A bit about us:

Having known each other for a very long time, this is the first time we are living together. We are both 20 and are second year medical students at UoB, originating from Devon. We both use she/her pronouns.
Tabi is a keen baker and is very active with kickboxing and the gym.
Evie loves a cocktail on a fun night out and equally loves a pasta night;
We enjoy a mix of nights out, pub visits and cosy nights in but are very respectful of personal space, so don’t feel like you have to be social all the time !
Because of our course we sometimes might have placements and other commitments that mean we might be out of the flat for short/medium periods of time.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a female or LGBTQ+ person to join us, and you must be a student for council tax purposes.
Responsibilities such as bins, cleaning and general communal tasks are all done evenly and we are looking for someone who respects this and is clean and tidy in their space.
Bills are split completely evenly each month - its hard to say what these will come to due to energy crisis - we approximate any where between £60-90 but cannot be certain ( Bills will include wifi, water, gas, electricity etc)
The flat is located in a residential block (4 flats total) which means whilst we will happily go to house parties across the city, but can’t be blasting music until 3am at home.
Please bear in mind that we have a mix of diets (vegan and Omnivore) but share crockery and cutlery etc.
We would love you to become a good friend and to create a lovely atmosphere within the flat.
