Double room in a central location, has its own bathroom and large storage cupboard. The flat is just off park street and is a great location to access anything in the centre of town. Also, the flat has a balcony with great views over the city. 

Bill's come to about £200 all in, included is super fast broadband, flat is a comfortable temperature all year round. I would contribute my share towards the council tax, even though I am a student.

I myself am I nursing student going into my last year of training. I enjoy going to pubs, gigs and just generally socialising. I like to keep the flat tidy so would be looking for someone who is keen to do the same.
