- This is a Room Only let with use of a private bathroom, shared kitchen and dining area.
Rent Details:
- Rent is a flat cost (including most bills etc)

Looking for & Requirements:
- Someone who is clean and tidy.
- Respectful of neighbours and other peoples properties.
- Content in their own company and able to respect other people's privacy or space.
- Deposit is one month's rent.
- No pets or smokers.
- Ideally a reference from workplace.
- Proof of ID

- On the edge of St Pauls, (our garden) Portland square is just around the corner when you need some green space.
- 3 Min walk to town and Cheltenham Road, with Gloucester Road just a few mins on from there.
- Perfect for commuting, 5 min walk to the Bristol Bus Station and 15 mins to Temple Meads Train Station.
- Access to anywhere in Bristol from this location.

About the Landlords:
- We are a couple aged 36 and 40 years old. We are both working professionals with one of us working from home three times a week.
We like to keep active, socialise with friends, explore the local area, cycling etc..
