Looking for a friendly housemate who's chilled but also fairly sociable. It's a four person house share.
We like music so someone who isn't adverse to some tunes occasionally will be more suited (a bit of dnb to band stuff)
One unfurnished single room available. Just painted with new carpet. Rest of the house furnished.
Shower is decent. To that end we have to share the cleaning not only keep the place tidy.
A reference is required and evidence of sufficient income for the letting agents
Ideally the house mate will be male, 30 -45 sort of range (like us). No couples or pets I'm afraid.
Rent will be £600 and bills will be £140ish each - incls CT, dual fuel, water and internet. Approx. £750 all in
