Modern double townhouse room in Totterdown!

Hi! My name's Joey and myself and my housemates have a double bedroom room available in our 4 bed house in Totterdown. Our current housemate is moving to London & will have left by mid July. There is a small chance they might leave earlier but I think its best to assume the room will be available from the 19th July.

The property is a spacious, bright, modern fully furnished townhouse, with an open plan living room/kitchen with bi-folding doors out into the back garden (the living room is honestly fab we're v happy with how homely its become). The house has 3 bathrooms, with 2 showers. We have a couple balconies too! It's very close to the local shops, and only a 15 min walk to Temple Meads station. Council tax band C.

The room has a double bed & mattress, it's got a clothes rail and desk too with some other built in storage. There is also room for some drawers/other storage or furniture outside the room. We've got good WiFi too!

The general vibe in the house is very relaxed, and we're a pretty tidy bunch :) . I'd say we're all fairly creative too in general, plus we have a few instruments lying around. We have lots and lots of books and lots of records, and are always happy to share & add to these with our new housemate. There's a record player set up in the kitchen/living room, great for putting an album on while we cook, hang out etc. FYI we're 3 cis men and are open to anyone moving into the house!

We're all in full time work, with some occasional WFH. We're ideally looking for a young professional to join us, but to be honest just a like-minded housemate would be great! We want to be friends and not just cohabitants yknow
