Hi! We have a bright double room to rent in Redland (5 Minute walk to Whiteladies and Clifton Downs). The room is fully furnished (Bedside Table, Double Bed, Sofa, Rail + curtains). The room is on the second floor of the house (1 bedroom on this level, one on a lower level). You would have access to the shared kitchen and bathroom. Sorry, we are unable to accommodate home workers or couples.

My partner and I are working professionals, working in Filton. I work in Sales, and Jack in Engineering. We like to keep to ourselves, as we are very busy. Hence we would like a professional, and would prefer someone who likes their own space (unfortunately not a party house!).

We have another lodger who we share the cleaning of common spaces (Bathroom/Kitchen). Our other lodger keeps to themselves, and isn’t in the flat often (and lives on the lower level of the flat).

We are pretty relaxed, looking for someone who will respect the house, neighbours and make the room their own. The room is available from May. The room now has curtains. Any questions please send a message over!

No Permit Parking Available (RD/CN Parking free after 5pm-9am). We cannot accommodate bicycle storage.
