Large double room available to rent on a lodger basis in the Stoke Gifford area in North Bristol. Short term or long term lets considered on a full time basis or Monday to Friday if preferred at reduced rent.

Located within 5 minutes walk of the Aviva Centre and Bristol Parkway Station. 15 minutes walk to Ministry of Defence and Filton Abbey Wood station. Regular bus services within 10 mins walk, 15 minutes to the Centre. Easy access to road network, M4, M5 and M32.

This is a new property with all the amenities. Living room with 65 inch TV, Netflix and Ultra Fast Broadband. Kitchen with fridge, oven, gas hob, dining area and plenty of storage space. Washing machine and tumble dryer available for use.

There is a garden to the rear and side of the house, with an outdoor shed if you would like to store a bike. There is a dedicated parking space available as I do not drive.

The room for rent is furnished with a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers and large wardrobe. I will upload more photos shortly. All furniture is recently new and in excellent condition. You would be welcome to add your own additional furniture.

The bathroom will be shared with myself, including a bath/shower, sink and toilet. There is also downstairs WC in the entrance hallway.

The bills included in the rent: gas, electric, council tax, water rates, Internet, TV license and Sky TV/Netflix. There is also a fortnightly cleaner for the shared living areas.

About the tenant: I’m looking for someone who wants a place to call home and relax in the evenings, like to socialise on the occasion but also respect their own space and want to do their share in keeping and maintaining a clean and welcoming home. Single professionals only, no couples.

About me: I’m a 31 year old ops manager working in the city centre. Usually out the house most days and work from home 1-2 days per week. I’m a very sociable person who likes to enjoy some nice food and a beer on the weekend and downtime in the evenings during the week.

I like to have friends and family visit on occasion and have the odd guest stay the weekend from time to time and you would be welcome to do the same. The house is on a new estate with great neighbours.
