Quiet, light large double room in my home

Double room available in quiet house with two professional ladies, one of whom is the home owner. Must be quiet and respectful professional person who is used to looking after themselves and keeping their room and communal area clean and tidy.

Shared dining and kitchen area. South facing garden at rear of house with patio.

Use of washing machine, dishwasher etc. Own cupboard and shelf in fridge.

Own bathroom next to room for bathing and showeringover, though loo is shared at night as it's upstairs.
Shared downstairs cloakroom.

House cleaned every two weeks but will expect kitchen cleaning input in between cleans.
Use of washing machine, own TV in room with Freeview only.

Parking on my drive - smallish car OK - or on street which is never a problem. Quiet, safe street in quiet neighbourhood. 10min drive to City Centre. I hour's walk

Sainsburys Local/Post office/ takeaways all 4 min walk.
Large supermarkets 10 min drive Longwell Green
Bus 5 min walk away. Every 15 - 20mins into city centre.
15 -20 minute drive to The Bottle Yard production centre, not through city centre.
