A double room in Emerson Green (BS16)

We are an Indonesian Muslim family of three with a four-year-old boy. We would like to lodge just one of the rooms. The house is currently fully furnished.


The rent is £550 per month with bills included. The minimum tenancy would be three months, and we would prefer to receive the full rent amount in advance due to our inability to provide references.


The available room is a double room with an office desk, bedside table, and a wardrobe. We are looking for professional or student (or married couple without children) who are friendly, especially with a toddler, and values cleanliness.

Additionally, we kindly request that our housemate(s) refrain from partying in the house, consuming pork and alcohol, smoking, bringing the opposite sex home, and having any pets, considering our religious beliefs.
