I am currently a live in landlord with a housemate in a three bed. I will be moving to Dubai for work for extended periods of time so renting out my room for the foreseeable future.
I am looking for a professional to take my room immediately. The room is already empty and I’m happy to give the remainder of January free as it is convenient to have you settled before I go away.
You will have shared access to the living room, kitchen & bathroom
I will keep the third bedroom (currently an office) as a base for storage or an occasional overnight stay when returning to Bristol (quarterly/6 monthly) however this room will be useable whilst I'm away (drying clothes/office use etc)

Property is end terrace and above a clock shop which is only open Thursday and Friday so minimal noise and the owner is very friendly.
