Double Room to rent at the top of St Michaels Hill. Excellent location - 5-minute walk to UoB campus, Co-op, pubs, restaurants and 10-minute walk to Cotham Hill, the Triangle and Whiteladies Road.

The room is on the 3rd floor of a house and comes semi-furnished with a bed and wardrobe space. The house itself has a kitchen (with dishwasher), dining room, utility room (washing machine + dryer) and a large living room. There are two bathrooms - one on the ground floor and one on the third floor shared between 3 people. There is also a garage for storage and a small garden at the back.

Bills (including Council tax) are usually around £110 per person. Please note that council tax (Band F) will be split equally among all tenants. There is a 25% discount as the majority of tenants are students.

There are currently 3 housemates - two final-year PhD students and one staff researcher at UoB, so ideally looking for a PhD/post-grad student to replace me in the house as I'm moving in with my boyfriend!

Available from the 1st of January but can move in a week earlier if necessary :)
