Seeking female, 'helpful housemate.'

Seeking a female, ‘helpful housemate,’ for a room in a large house with a garden in Westbury Park. I'm looking for companionship as well as just a housemate. so someone who enjoys being at home and is in a lot of the time would be preferable.

I am a calm sort of person with lots of hobbies including playing the guitar and singing. I enjoy having friends over sometimes. I like quieter evenings watching telly as well as going out. I work in mental health.

Very quiet road leading to a cul-de-sac. No noise from neighbours. 5 minutes walk from Waitrose and the bus stop and 10 minutes from the bus stops on the Downs. Lovely garden with garden furniture to use in the Summer.

Use of a washing machine/drying rack/living room/dining room/bathroom/garden.
