Large room near Redland

Hey,

We’re a sociable bunch of 9 professionals aged 25-32, looking for another person to join our house share in Westbury Park near Redland and the downs (not far from Gloucester Road either).

Living with 9 other people might sound like a lot however the house is so big and some of us have different schedules so it never feels overcrowded. Just means that usually there’s at least a few people to cook dinner with in the evenings. We’re looking for someone who is up for hanging out and having a laugh anyway.

We're mostly 9-5ers, and currently work in things like photography, project management, healthcare, furniture making and the charity sector. Some of us work from home/ part-time from home so the wifi is pretty damn solid.

We often do things together at weekends with whoever is about, but no pressure. Mainly pubs/going out, cooking together, cheese and wine or curry nights and trips to the gym. Definitely keep things quiet in the week, the party house days are behind us

About the room/house:

- Bills are included in the rent price (so the house is nice and warm in the winter)
- Theres a bus stop and voi parking zone right outside the house as well as a huge Waitrose
- Town is a 35/40 minute walk away, 15 minutes on a voi and 10 if you're cycling.
- Street parking doesn't require a permit and generally isn't a problem finding a space.
- Westbury park is in Henleaze which is a really nice spot with it own pubs, cafes, bakeries, tennis courts and hairdressers.
- There are bathrooms on every floor of the house but you have an en suit anyway!
- It's fully furnished with a bed/mattress and draws.
- There’s loads of communal space downstairs with two kitchen areas, a big utility room and a living space where we have movie nights and play Mario kart.
- There’s 4 fridges, 2 freezers, loads of cupboard space, 2 washing machines and a dryer.
- The garden is actually bigger than the pic and gets loads of sun. We’ve added a bbq area as well.
