Couples: £700 + share of bills, and house shared only with me.

Both rooms are quiet, warm, private and comfortable. There's a large, sunny shared kitchen-diner, and the shared bathroom is upstairs.

The rent includes some bills, but broadband, gas & electricity are divided among the housemates each month, and paid separately. Allow up to £50pm, depending on usage.

It's a quiet, clean, tidy, easygoing household in a peaceful location. There's a suntrap garden/patio for relaxing outside, and parking on the street, which is a quiet cul-de-sac.

It would suit a mature woman who needs her own quiet space to work or study. Someone who is responsible, and used to living by herself.

I have been away for work, but am returning to sell the house. During the next few months I will be progressing my moving plans, as far as possible under the current coronavirus conditions we find ourselves in.
