Beautiful house, privately rented from a great couple who used to live in the house. It was fully renovated by them in December 2021 when I moved in, with a new kitchen and bathroom. The landlords are great, always happy to come fix anything and are happy for us to put pictures up and paint our rooms.
The room available is a double room with built in open shelves and hanging space. It is south facing so very sunny, with wooden floors and a Victorian fireplace. It is unfurnished. The tenancy is a shared contract, it is a monthly rolling contract.

The house is a Victorian terraced house with 3 bedrooms, but the tenancy only allows 2 people. The third small bedroom is currently an office, but we can decide what to use the extra room for. The house is mainly furnished with my furniture but there is plenty of space for you to make it your own too ☺️
The house has fast 140mb virgin media Wi-Fi. Parking is free on street parking and there is usually a space outside the house, very occasionally I park on another road if it is busy. If you don’t drive, there is a bus stop on Stapleton road 5mins walk away and also two train stations.
The house is very close to Stapleton road with lots of shops and also close to St Marks Road which has some lovely whole food shops, cafes and a few pubs.
There is lots of storage in the house, including a large under stair cupboard and large full height cupboard upstairs. There is space out the front for bike storage with a wall mounted bike anchor.
I’m 30 and an architectural assistant. I work from home part time and in the office 2 days a week. My lovey housemate is relocating for work, so I’m looking for a new housemate (preferably female).
I love music and play guitar and sing at church. I love cooking and would be up for cooking together. Apart from work, I sail quite a bit, paddle board and do pole fitness. At the weekend I'll most likely be off exploring with my dog, and you're more than welcome to join. I meet up with friends quite a bit, but also enjoy my own space.
I have a small dog called Alfie so im looking for someone who is good with dogs as he’s a rescue and can be nervous of new people, but once he trusts you, he loves fuss!

It would be lovely to have another housemate make the place their own and that we both get on well.
