3 month room to rent in Congresbury

3 month rent 25min drive from Bristol based in Congresbury, Langford. Beautiful countryside and not far from Bristol. £425/month including bills.
I have an overlap with my rentals so need someone to rent the room for a 3 month period July- end of September. (I can be flexible with the end date up until the 2nd week into October if needed.) .
The room has a double bed and is downstairs. There is plenty of free parking on the property.
There are 4 final year vet students that will be living at the property. There will not be 4 students always there at one time due to being final year vets which may be placed away from home for placement some weeks within the 3 month period.
