Hi! My name is Joe.

I’m looking for a friendly professional to rent my spare room.

The room is spacious, light and is furnished with a double bed, wardroom and chest of drawers. It will also have a brand new mattress.

My current tenant has been with me for 3 years but is now buying place with her bf.

My flat is a new build development based in BS4.

I’m looking for a chilled professional who I can be mates with but also respects personal space too.

I’m self employed and WFH full time.

I frequently dog sit for a friend so there are times when you’d have the place to yourself.
