I’m moving out of Bristol at the end of May so am looking for someone to take over my room from late May/early June to the end of September!
It’s a spacious ground floor bedroom with plenty of storage space (I will be leaving the two chest of drawers behind) and a double bed. We are in the super friendly area of St. Paul’s, 10 minute walk from Cabot Circus, 15 minutes from city centre and about a 20 minute walk to university of Bristol campus. Housemates will be two guys two girls who are all postgrad so preferably looking for a masters/PHD student, gender is not an issue - everyone gets on well, we like spending time together but also enjoy doing our own thing.
Rent is £700 a month, bills not included - you will NOT be paying for the month of May as it’s a late move in date
