Double room in St George terrace

Looking for a lodger for a double room in a St George terrace as a short-term let. Would suit someone waiting for a more permanent let, looking to get to know Bristol, or working on a contract away from home.

The room itself is bright and clean, and part furnished with double bed and wardrobe (see photos). There is a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom, with some DIY / decorating going on in the house. Out the back is a large sunny garden.

The house is a 5 minute walk to the park, a 10 minute walk to Church Road, and 2 minute walk to the bus stop for Bristol centre.

You'd be sharing with a live in landlord - working from home, so would suit someone who does not need to work from home due to space. Cyclists welcomed, but no space to store bicycle in house / secure bike storage at the moment.

I like a quiet home life and trying things out in the garden (mainly planting hedges), there may be small children visiting at times, as well as a bit of DIY going on. If you like noise, partying and mess, mebbe not the house for you.

Bills (council tax band A, electricity, gas, internet, water) all excluded from rent, and split based on billing for the months.
