Mon-Fri let available in colourful Redfield home

Hello! I am looking to let my spare double bedroom in Redfield, Bristol on a Monday-Friday (four night) basis.

The room is in a lovely 2.5 bedroom terrace 2 minutes off Church road high street, with a range of lovely cafes (including the fantastic Bristol Loaf), shops, restaurants and many pubs.

ALDI and Tesco are within a 6 minute walk, and Lawrence Hill train station is only 12 minutes walk away for regular trains to Bristol Temple Meads, Clifton Down, and to Filton. Church road and Whitehall road also have very regular and quick bus services into and out of the centre of Bristol.

Your room has a double bed, and you will be able to use the wardrobe and drawer space. The room is quiet and overlooks the good-sized back garden (which I hope to plant and improve over the spring and summer!).

The property comprises two double bedrooms and a separate furnished office (which you are welcome to use if desired), bathroom, decent sized galley kitchen, dining room and separate living room. All bills, TV and broadband are included, and kitchen cupboard space can be made available for anything you would like to keep here week on week (within reason!).

I am a professional 31yo who works in the centre of Bristol. I've owned the house for a year (my first property!) and am still hanging pictures and adding paint and wallpaper to the walls - hopefully a little extra income will help me finish it off! I am out several evenings a week at various clubs, and usually on free evenings I don't get home before 7 and so you will generally have a lot of peace and quiet, but I'm always up for a social drink.

The let does not include weekend use and I will use the room on occasion for any weekend guests, but I will let you know in advance. If preferred I am open to a 3-night let at £400/m. I am happy to provide sheets and towels or you can bring your own. I will ask for a reference to confirm your employment (if you are in Bristol for work). I prefer non-smoking.
