Sublet in the City Centre Harbourside!

Hey everyone,

Summer sublet available in our lovely flat in BS1! Available mid June until early September! With the option to extend and takeover the lease in September. We have 1 double room available for £600pcm.

🏡Flat is in a prime location, just off Queens square, and the lively King street. 2 minute walk to harbour side. 15 minute walk to Temple Meads station. It really is a great spot, especially for summer!

🪴 The flat itself is very modern and clean, with 2 identical bathrooms with big walk-in showers and large mirrors. There is a kitchen/living room with a Juliet balcony. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard and fridge space (1 large fridge and 2 smaller ones). The room itself quite is a double on the smaller side, but can be made very cute (see pictures). We have a lovely cleaner who comes fortnightly that we split the cost of :)

There is a microwave, electric hobs and a new oven. The bedrooms are similar in size and both come furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, wall shelves and a mirrored wardrobe with shelves and drawers inside. We also have a washer/dryer in the flat and secure bike storage available in the building.

💃We are a group of 4 girls ages 22-27, studying and working (pharmacy, design, language teaching and psychology student). We are all very relaxed and easy to get along with. A combo of British and Spanish. Love sharing a glass of wine and some cheese, salsa, music, yoga, travelling, cooking. Spanish flatmates = regular supply of tortilla. One of us works from home in her room mon-Fri (and is also a dnb DJ on the weekends ❤️‍🔥)
