Getting into town is easily accessible with e scooters taking about 15mins from leaving the house. On street parking available and no permits etc required - there are always spaces available close by!
Cleaner is present every two weeks and the price is all in - nothing else needs to be paid!.
About the roommates:
Everyone tends to stick to themselves however they are all respectful of sound/noise late at night! This is not a party house!
Landlord is responsive

Leaving room due to travelling south Asia. A few things may still be for sale such as a TV/sound system which could be discussed.
I am flexible with the move in date, now is fine also as I can source alternative accommodations till my flight - drop me a message if you need to know anything else!
