Hello,

I am a young professional working for a tech engineering company based in Bristol. I've lived in Bristol over 15 years, I still have a lot of Bristol and the area of St. George to explore.

I am looking to rent out a double room in my house located in St George with a female preference as all housemates are female. This will be available from 1st June 2024. It is about a 1 minute walk to the main park and very close to supermarkets, cafes and pubs.
You'll be sharing this space with myself and another tenant, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

This is a end terrace town house, with large green space in front of the house.

The house has an open living, dining and kitchen so it is very spacious, some larger appliances and items come furnished with the house. There is a garage currently being used as extra storage space, there isn't an allocated parking space in the community area but on street is also convenient.

During the day the rooms are very bright and lets in a lot of natural lightning. As it is situated in a community space, it's a very quiet area away from the main roads and has unique Juliette balcony style set of windows in the living room. The room being rented is a double room, will be furnished and the family size bathroom is shared with one other person (myself).

In terms of a housemate, I'm looking for professionals who are clean, tidy, puts things away, happy to socialise, respects each other's space and the house. A similar shift/ working pattern would be ideal, being mornings/ general 9-5's, a preference of someone who is not required to work from home as working from home is very limited in the shared living space as I would prefer a more homely space during the day/ weekends.

Similar interests are always a plus!

Bills such as gas, electricity, water, internet are included in the rent price. You'll need to contribute to paying council tax but that can all be sorted between the tenants.
