Lovely new build on church Rd opposite St George

Looking for a chill flatmate to fill a single room in a beautiful flat with a shared bathroom and living room but living room is quite big room has chest of draws and happy to have things stored in other places if more room is needed, it's rite opposite St George Park, supermarkets close by and bus stop rite outside, im super chill open to hanging out but i am quite busy I work full time so I'm not in very much all I ask is that no negative vibes or chaos are Brought home , would prefer to live with a female as my last flatmate was and I feel like their cleaner to be honest lol but this is just a preference i need confirmation in 3 weeks so if in interested plz contact me ASAP
