Double Room in Harbourside!

Hi! My current flatmate is moving into her new place, so I'm looking for someone to move into her room.

The flat is a 2 bed, 2 bath on the 4th floor (there's a lift) with a sunny balcony. The kitchen/living space is open plan and gets lots of light during the day. The flat has a full fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washer/dryer in the utility cupboard, and comes with a parking spot in the secure garage! (I don't have a car so it would be yours if you wanted it). The room fits a double bed but is smaller than the other room in the flat (rent is split accordingly). You would have the family bathroom (bathtub/shower) for yourself as my room has an ensuite.
Rent would be £740 and the deposit would be around £840 (tbc)
Bills inc. Council Tax is £170 per month (we are Band D)

A bit about me :) I'm a 23 yr old materials engineer who moved to Bristol 2 years ago after uni. I work M-F in the office so I won't be around during the day (I leave at 7am and get home around 6pm most days). I love cooking for people, so I am always up for having dinner together. I also like running, dancing, and looking after my plants. I'm not a huge partier but I do enjoy a pub trip or some wine every now and then.

I'm looking for someone (female, professional) who will be a flatmate and a friend :) Ideally, someone who is friendly, tidy, and will be considerate of our home and of eachother. Let me know if you are interested and we can meet up for a chat!
