Bright double room in St George. Available 1st Jun

Hiya, I have a semi-furnished double room in St George (near Troopers Hill) available to rent from the beginning of June.
You would be sharing the house with one other person (me) and my very friendly dog and cat, so an animal fan is important, but unfortunately no more pets.
I’m in my early 40s and work 50% at home via the box room or in the office in town. I can be quite busy either working, out socialising with friends or walking the dog, but also enjoy quiet time at home. I like to have a meal with friends at home but rarely parties at the house as it’s a quiet area.
I’m ideally looking for someone who is up for sharing the occasional meal but is respectful of each other’s space and because the house is my own (not rented), I would hope for someone who will also help keep the house clean and tidy – and the garden if they enjoy being outside.
The area is really peaceful and surrounded by beautiful open spaces (Troopers Hill and Conham River park). It’s quite hilly but although I have a car, I can cycle to the city centre in 20 minutes along the river path, walk over Troopers Hill to Redfield in 20 mins, or catch a bus at the top of the road (quite a steep hill) into town. There’s free parking on the road and / or space in the garage for a bike / storage / workshop / work out space.
Rent is £675 incl bills.
