This room is a large loft room with an ensuite, that has plenty of room for a desk for you working from home people, within a large 4 bedroom house.

Downstairs there is a spacious open plan kitchen (which includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer) and a living room that opens out to a decking and garden. It’s worth mentioning that our oven is massive so there is no stress about cooking at the same time.

The house itself is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac right next to Troopers Hill (a lovely park/woodland area to walk around), it has ample parking space on the road that does not require a permit. Just down the road is also St Georges Park, which is a large park with a pond, grass areas, and a children's playground. It was rated one of the best parks in the U. K! There are plenty of food places nearby, a few being, The Orchard Cafe that is 5 minute walk and does home baked goods and The Loaf Cafe which does amazing pastries and coffee. Just down the road is Simple Shawarma, which is a great family run takeaway place and Siam Smile, a great Thai Restaurant. For drink, the Dark Horse is our favourite (we have won the free pub quiz there a few times), there is also The Old Stillage and The Red Church.

If for whatever reason you did want to want to get out of St George and head somewhere else, the bus links in to town are great. The bus stop itself is only a 10 minute walk away, and being on Church Road, it has plenty of bus services running in to town. You could also get the bus to Lawrence Hill Station and hop on the train.

As for shops, there are a few corner shops nearby, but for a bigger shop, there is an Aldi, Tesco Express and a Co-Op all within a 15 minute walk.

You will be living with myself (Connor, 28) Dan (27) and Zak (28). We are life long friends and are very easy going. We are all social so will be hanging out in the communal area most of the time, you are obviously more than welcome to join in! We like to try and involve everyone in the house but fully appreciate you have your own stuff going on. Myself and Dan both work from the Office full time, but Zak works from home some of the week.

Rent is £700 a month excluding bills.
