We’re looking for someone to fill a bedroom in our 6 bedroom flat on Prince street as one of our tenants left recently.
Location: BS1 4PS (20 min walk to UoB campus and 10-15 min to city centre)
All rooms are ensuite, furnished and we share one large kitchen.
Tenancy is from 28/06/2024 ~ 26/06/2025.
Rent is paid upfront at the start of tenancy at £9596 pp (around £800 pp monthly) This does not include bills but we pay around £80 pp monthly. We also have a deposit of £836.53 which needs to be paid as soon as possible
Tenant should be a current student so need to be able to send a photo of student ID to the agency.
