Furnished double room Ashley down, Bristol

Hi,
We have a double room to let in a shared house in Ashley down, Bristol.
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, shelves, and a chest of drawers. It's has just been decorated after a long term let. The room is at the back of the house and looks out over the garden. It is quiet and light.
The house is shared with 3 others, all professionals. We share a kitchen (large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, etc), a living room, and there's a bathroom and another toilet between 3. The garden is south facing and very sunny.
The house is a new build 3 storey town house, with close bus stops, and train stations near by. Off street parking is available.
The rent includes all bills, council tax, TV licence, and a weekly cleaner who does the main living areas and bathrooms.
