Large, Light, Double Room for Professional person

Large light comfortable room to let in my renovated and extended 1930's home to professional person, vegetarian/ pescatarian in the house.
Communal kitchen and dining area, in lovely extension with Velux and French windows to South facing garden. Use of garden and patio included.
Room has comfortable double bed, FreeviewTV, desk and chair, armchair, wardrobe, drawers and shelving.
Bathroom shared with one other across landing with bath and shower over, sink and loo. House also has downstairs loo and shower for use when I am working away.
Electricity, gas, council tax, wi-fi broadband all included in rent.

I'm looking for someone who's reponsible, mature, tidy, who cleans up after themselves and will respect my property, appreciates the arts, is quiet after 10. 00pm, and doesn't mind their own company. I work away during the week sometimes, so needs to be able to deal with recycling and keeping communal area clean and tidy.

Bedding & towels provided, use of washing machine included. House cleaned every two weeks but regular kitchen cleaning between these times is required please.

There is off street parking for one car. There is also a dry shed in the back garden for a bike. Otherwise parking is on street but 95% of time able to park right outside house or very near. Never a problem to find a space.

House is on a quiet, almost no through road in quiet, safe area.

Bus into town centre every 20 mins at rush hour from main road, five minutes walk away. Journey time to The Centre is between 15 - 20 mins in rush hour.

Sainsbury's Local and garage/ Chinese x 2/ Indian/ Fish&Chips/Post Office are five mins walk away. local bakery 10 mins walk/ Doctor 10 mins walk.

Big ASDA and Longwell Green Retail Park/ M&S etc ten mins drive. Kingswood five mins drive with Sainsburys/Lidl/Banks and various other shops.

A38 Technology parks/ Filton/ Abbey Wood, about 25 - 40 mins drive on ring road depending on traffic!
Bottle Yard film production base 20mins easy drive.
