Lodger wanted for St George houseshare

Hi,

Am looking for lodger to share my house with me. Room available is large double which is furnished with large built in wardrobe. The room will be available after the 5th October.

House is on quiet residential street and has garden/decking area. Parking on street is usually easy and safe. Bills plus wifi included however there is no land line in the property. There is shared bathroom with downstairs WC.

so, about me... I am a mature student who works part time. I study in the house several days a week so am looking for someone who tends to be out of the house during the day (I am easily distracted as it is!). Therefore, I will not consider a lodger who is not in work or ft study sorry. Going onto my last year I study a lot and i don't want to live with a party animal. I need to live with someone who can keep communal areas tidy and help out in the home when required.

I am quite independant and have a wide range of hobbies. My main passion is music, live comedy, reading, sports (especially snowboarding, climbing and korfball).

I do have a cat, so please bear this in mind. Any questions etc please give me a message

I am looking for someone who needs somewhere for less than a year until I finish my phd. I am very willing to accomodate people who want a place mon-fri and can discount for this accordingly.
