I have a lovely big double room to rent in Central Bristol. The room is newly decorated and fully furnished with a connecting bathroom which doubles up as the guest bathroom.

The flat itself is on the top floor of a Victorian Hop House called 'The Tower'. It has a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The room comes with a parking space.

The flat is a few minutes walk from the Harbourside and Cabot Circus and less than 10 minutes walk from Temple Meads Station.

Bills will be split between occupants.

I am looking for a professional person to share my home; someone who is clean and tidy and good fun. I will consider couples but would prefer a single person.
