Double room to rent in Victorian house, Redfield.

The room is a sunny, warm, double room at the back of the house. There are three current residents between the ages of 25 and 27. Two males and one female. Jon, the landlord and Emily share the front room and Will, the third housemate is currently renting a room. We have a small cat called Kathmandu who comes and goes when she feels like it. The house is Victorian with high ceilings with an open plan living / dining area. Virgin Media TV / XL broadband provided in the cost. The house itself is non smoking but feel free to have a smoke in the garden.

Redfield is a vibrant area with several lovely cafes, deli, greengrocer, supermarket, a great local and right next to beautiful St. Georges park. The house itself is on a quiet, one way side road right off of the high street. Buses into the town centre run from just around the corner of the house, very regularly. The Bristol to Bath cycle path also runs through the area so it's simple and safe to ride into the centre or out to the East of Bristol.
