Fantastic central yet quiet location near the Bath Road and regular buses into town and beyond (#1, 38, 39, 57, 67, 178, 349, 668). 20 minutes walk to Temple Meads, 5 minutes to Bocca Bar and the Paintworks, Sainsburys, Boots, M&S Food, cinema, Sandy Park shops and the cycle track along the river. On-street parking.

The house is a Victorian terrace with dining room, living room, 2 bathrooms and a good sized patio garden which is a great sun-trap.

The bedroom is a double, and we'll each have our own bathroom.

600 Includes bills, TV, Virgin broadband and cleaner for communal areas.

You'll be sharing with me. I'm looking for lodgers who are professionals, have lived in a house-share situation before and are considerate, clean, reasonably quiet, but also friendly and happy to share the occasional glass of wine at the end of the day.
