Double Room in a Bright, Spacious, Friendly Home

Double room available in a bright, spacious house from September (dates flexible). One room is occupied by Aroun who is friendly, enjoys going out to gigs and likes to cook. I'm in the smaller room.

I’ve had the house for 4 years and have done quite a bit of work to make it a homely place.

All utility bills and council tax INCLUDED within the price. No agency fees. 1 months’ rent required as a deposit. Couples definitely welcome - the rent would be an extra £150.

There’s a decent sized garden which has a BBQ and storage sheds for bicycles. We used to have chickens but got taken by fantastic Mr. Fox unfortunately. We could get some more though, if you and Aroun want to look after them. There's a big run set up for them in the garden.

Around the back is a horse paddocks, 5 mins in one direction is a community farm and 5 mins in the other is Blaise Castle - a National Trust site. So it's very green, the road is quiet, seems safe and the neighbours are very friendly. There are cycle networks everywhere and I usually go by bike to work in the centre most days. There's a bus stop right outside the house. The number 3 and 4 go frequently during the day and late at night, which connects us well to the city centre, Cribbs Causeway, Shirehampton, Clifton, Westbury-on-Trym etc.

Aroun and I would like a housemate that wants to hang out a bit, although completely understands being exhausted after work sometimes and needing to just retire for the evening. I’d be looking for someone who is tidy and will look after the house.
