Double Room in the Centre of Town

Hey,

We've just put our money down on a house right in the center, easy to get to everywhere, our casa of convenience.

We're looking for someone fun, considerate and all the amiable aspects of a stand up person that usually get thrown around in these ads.
The main criteria (criterion?) is that you want to be part of the house and not hide in it.

I should add that, while we are calm, relaxed and hard-working individuals during the week, we're not averse to the occasional raucous gathering or impromptu party at the weekend (full house consent and clean-up required).

All bedrooms are double with space for a wardrobe, desk and drawers. There is a good sized living room and separate kitchen which has space for a breakfast table. There are two shared bathrooms, both with showers and one with a bath.

There is no parking but a space can be rented for £80pcm. Pretty steep, I'll be keeping my car at a friend's.

Finally, there is us:
Max, 24, is a film graduate returning from a jolly around the U. S. with a hand for writing, eye for good T. V. and a taste for all things spicy.

Will, 26, is doing a PhD in Physics over at Bristol Uni. He's a sharp-minded, soft-bearded individual with an exceptional gift for music and love for overloaded sandwiches.

I'm Caspar, 23, I'm currently selling my soul to the man, topping it up with reading, intermittent sport fads and many an hour spent with friends.

As far as viewings go, as we haven't got the property yet we'd probably just meet in the pub/on the phone/over coffee and arrange another house viewing when we think we'd get along.
