Beautiful double room available in 7 bed student flat on Whiteladies Road. Comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk, and built-in cupboard.

The flat is only a 15 minute walk down Cotham hill to the university.

There are two shared bathrooms, each with a shower, a shared kitchen and a shared sitting room/diner. There is also space to leave a bicycle in the building.

I am unfortunately having to leave the property and would like to find a friendly, female student to take my room. The other tenants are studying languages/science and are fun, chatty, but also hardworking.

The contract requires that a replacement tenant sign for the room before the 1st of January so please get in contact with me as soon as possible if you are interested!

Bills are around £45 / month but may change due to warmer or cooler months in which heating will be adjusted.
