Double rooms available

Professional housemates sought.

We have a bright modern (12y. o.) townhouse in a quiet cul-de-sac on the boundary of Speedwell / Kingswood / Fishponds (beside Cossham Hospital). The furniture, beds, white goods and electronics are under 3 years old. The house has recently been redecorated throughout and we have recently replaced the bath with a luxury walk-in shower. Me and my girlfriend Beth share an ensuite on the top floor and the 2 bedrooms on the middle floor share the main bathroom.

Our housemates are leaving and we have two double bed rooms available. They each have a wardrobe, desk, chair and a double bed with storage beneath.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen (with washer/dryer and dishwasher), cloakroom, lounge/diner and conservatory on the ground floor, all of which are shared.

We have BT TV with sports including Sky, XBox One with FIFA etc and this is included in the rent together with Netflix and Amazon Prime, broadband, gas, electric, water rates, council tax and cleaning products.

There are 3 dedicated off-street parking spaces in total, but there is ample other parking in the cul de sac. No garage, but there is a locked courtyard so a motorbike or bicycle would be secure. (A bicycle can be brought into the conservatory). There is a small communal garden in front of the house. (Which we do not have to tend, so no mowing or weeding!) The house is about 1/4 mile from the A420 with regular buses into central Bristol and about 10 minutes easy stroll from Kingswood High Street or 15 to Fishponds Road.

This would suit a young person - max age 28, please. We would strongly prefer to share with fellow working professionals but would consider postgraduate students.

Currently in the house are:
Myself (Nick, 24) and my girlfriend Beth (22). I work as a project manager in Filton. I grew up near Bristol so know it fairly well. Beth has moved down from Newcastle and we now own the house together!
