Currently living in the house is the live in Landlord Neil(37) who runs his own business and Laurie (27) who is a part time student and also works part-time. Keen for housemate(s) that are sociable and interested in going to pub, seeing the city, fun activities etc.
The house has two main living areas a living room and dining room, plus a decent size garden. Suitable for storing bikes.
It is within walking distance to Bristol Temple Meads Station (20 mins), Town (20-25mins). Lawrence Hill station is 5 min walk and is located on main bus routes in to town. Although there is no off street parking, there are no permit requirements on the street and it is easy enough to park outside the house.
Local shops, pubs and cafes within walking distance.
Rent includes:
Council Tax, Water rates, Electricity, Gas, Virgin Broadband and TV Licence. We also have Virgin TV, Netflix & Amazon Prime.
The room is available from 2nd of September.
Also, it would be great to know a bit about you when you message. We are looking for some one who is clean, tidy, enjoys socialising with housemates and ideally works similiar work pattern rather than shifts.
Last note, Neil also has a Siberian Husky, she is very friendly to everyone and thankfully is not a barker. She lives downstairs and does not go in bedrooms. So, someone who loves dog is a bonus as she loves attention.
