The rooms are ready furnished (ie Bed, Cupboards and TV). Bedding can be included if desired.

The rooms available are a large ensuite double room and another spacious double which is next to a bathroom with bath and shower. The double room also has a sink.

The house is a large Victorian house with 7 bedrooms.

A conservatory with a high atrium roof that opens onto the garden. . The garden is tranquil and has a shed / bicycle store at the far end.





The location is very good in that it is quiet and leafy but just a 5 minute walk to the Clifton downs and the top of Whiteladies road. It takes about 20 to 25 minutes to walk into the city and about 15 to Clifton.

All bills are included, including high speed internet.
