Large furnished double bedroom available in a friendly, relaxed house in BS3.

It's 30 seconds from North Street and has a big park right at the end of the road.

There's a large open plan lounge with comfy sofas, a wood burning stove, and dining table too. It's a really nice room to hang out in.

The kitchen is all new and there's a gas cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine and plenty of storage.

Small yard / garden out the back that's really nice in the sun.

You'd be sharing the house with a very easy going and friendly housemate - that's me, I'm Jon, hello! I'm happy doing my own thing, an also spending time with the people I live with.

I think it's the kind of place that would suit someone who's looking for a place to feel of as their home and who enjoys living with other people.

There are no agency fees, it is a month's rent as deposit, and all bills included.
