Hello,
Advertising this room so cheap as would like it to form an agreement with whoever will live here.
Me and my one year old daughter live in the house (she's very quiet! and not too messy!). Through my degree I currently work shift work and part of the agreement with the cheap room would be that if I was working nights then my flatmate would be able to watch the baby. She will be asleep from before I go out until when I get back so it is just for the rare occassions when she wakes up during the night.
I never work more than 3 shifts a week and usually only one weekend night so the rest of the time would be yours.
On top of the cheap room I would also pay you to look after my daughter when I am on these night shifts so this is a steal for the right person.
