Lovely double room in beautiful big house

We have a great double room in our friendly house just off Gloucester road. The house has big rooms which are all well kept/finished and very comfortable.

The house comes with three lovely housemates - Georgie who is an interior designer and artist, Gaelle who just moved from France to work as an Engineer, and Becka who is a psychology student and nurse. We all get along really well and enjoy cooking together, watching films, going on nights out (normally on Gloucester road) and having a good natter with wine in the kitchen, on the other hand we have our own separate lives so we don't live in each others pockets. We are a very easy going house but our student days are sadly long gone and we are looking for someone who is fairly tidy and not scared of cleaning.
We've put quite a bit of work in to making this a nice home, so are looking for someone who wants to stay for a decent amount of time and settle in. The landlord is also doing a bit of a spruce soon, so the house will be in even better condition.

The house has a good kitchen, comfy lounge (with a pole dancing pole!), and a back garden that is a private sun trap.

Located just off Gloucester Rd, there is always a bus to hop on to to get in to town, or a cycle takes 20 mins.

You will be starting a new contract with the existing housemates, and will have to pay an agency fee. Bills are not included and come to around £90 a month.

The room is fully furnished apart from the bed.

The moving date is from around the 9th July.
